Lawyer

Julian Smoter

In the field of everyday barrister’s practice, he deals with consulting for public institutions and private entrepreneurs. He conducts court disputes defending the interests of his clients in criminal cases, including those related to crimes against property, as well as abuse of power or abuse of competences.
He provides legal assistance to participants of investment processes, including those implemented from public funds in public procurement procedures. It helps to solve puzzles related to the correct formulation of documents in public procurement procedures, including the announcement, specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ), contract templates and other. He has experience in legal services for the implementation of public procurement for construction works, services and deliveries, including those financed from European funds. He successfully represented the interests of Awarding Entities and Contractors before the National Chamber of Appeal (KIO) at the President of the Public Procurement Office in Warsaw (PPO).

He has teaching experience as a lecturer at the College of Public Administration in Szczecin and West Pomeranian University of Technology from such subjects as “Public Procurement Law” , “Contracts in the construction process” as well as “Public contracts for construction works” . He is the author and conducts numerous trainings on issues related to public procurement law and the protection of personal data.

Małgorzata Łęczyńska-Smoter

The Graduate of the University of Szczecin: Faculty of Management and Economics of Services in the field of Marketing and Management and the Faculty of Law and Administration in the field of Law. Currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Law and Administration in Szczecin in the field of Law.
In 2014 she passed bar exam and became attorney at law. She has a govermental restructuring adviser (trustee) license from the Ministry of Justice. Her qualifications as a manager are additionally confirmed by the ILM Certificate issued by The Institute of Leadership & Management in London. She conducted didactic classes at universities, post-graduate studies, as well as trainings and lectures at conferences and seminars.

The combination of economic and legal knowledge, allows her to look at the problem from a wider perspective. She specializes in the issues of commercial law companies and business law. She participated in complex projects such as: squeeze-out, due-diligence and off-shore. In addition, she specializes in the issues of commercial contracts, and her interests include legal problems of business restructuring and the investment process.

Marlena Caronia

Law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin. She has worked in the law firm since 2022. To her interests belong commercial law and bankruptcy law. She’s passionate about learning foreign languages, especially Korean and Japanese.

Wiktor Zagdan

I am a third-year law student at the University of Szczecin. I started developing my career in the legal industry in July 2022. In addition to working at SLLEGAL law firm, I also participate in the activities of the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin. At the law firm, I perform tasks in the areas of civil, criminal, and administrative law. I am interested in psychology and politics, and in my free time, I go to the gym and cook.
