Since 25th May 2018 in Poland and other countries of the European Union is effective the Regulation of Data Protection (RODO).
Below, You will find some information on how we process personal data.
The personal data controller is the sllegal team: lawyer Julian Smoter and legal advisor Małgorzata Łęczyńska-Smoter (address: Śląska 31/9, 70-434 Szczecin). Data are processed for purposes such as contact purposes, as well as informing of any change in law and other cases, such as events related to the current law, economic and cultural issues, for example through the newsletter. The above mentioned things we conduct on the basis of legally legitimate interest, according to the Art. 6 (1) (f) RODO. The data may also be processed when its necessary to conclude or perform the contract and perform the legal obligations our law firm is subjected to, according to the Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) RODO.
Data may be transferred to entities with whose help we realize indicated goals, including entities maintaining IT infrastructure. Giving data is voluntary and in contractual relations is a requirement for concluding and performing a contract. It is possible to object to data processing, request access to, rectification and erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and data portability. Data are kept until an objection is made, and in contractual relations – throughout the term of the contract and thereafter for a period specified in provisions on archiving and limitations period for claims. 1) This cookies policy (“Cookies policy”) for https://www.sllegal.pl (“Website”) is for Website users and explains what cookies are, range, ways of use and the user’s rights and obligations.

2. Information compiled
1) When using the Website, data about the user is automatically compiled, i.e. IP address, domain name, browser type and type of operating system. These data can be compiled by cookies, the Google Analytics system and can be saved on server logs.
2) The cookies referred to in point 1 are sent to a user’s computer or other device when the user browses the Website. Cookies remember the user’s preferences, which enhances the quality of provided services, improves search results and the accuracy of the information displayed and tracks user preferences. 1) Data given by a user or compiled automatically are used by the Service Provider to:
